We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases made on klihk.com.

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, with all accessories included.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • The return must be complete and in resalable condition, with no missing parts, misuse, or damage beyond normal handling.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Add photos if needed

If the item is damaged or defective, include photos or video with your email.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Step 1: We receive your returned item.
Step 2: Please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and refund processing.
Step 3: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@klihk.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos or video of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label, if available

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable / Refused Packages

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a refused package, or an undeliverable shipment after carrier attempts, the order may be eligible for a refund minus the actual return shipping and handling costs charged by the carrier.

  • We do not charge a penalty fee.
  • We only deduct the actual carrier and handling costs incurred in recovering the package.
  • If you prefer re-shipment, we can resend the order after it is returned to us, but an additional shipping charge may apply.

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact returns@klihk.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative item or issue a refund after the returned item has been received and inspected.
